Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Digital downloads or online services once accessed
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Final sale items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at gadgeteval1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its eligibility, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
